What this site collects
If you fill in a form on this site, we collect the information you put into it: your name, email address, phone number, how you prefer to be contacted, any message you write, and for a valuation request the property address and your rough timeframe. That information is sent by email to Dedrae Williamson at JD Walters Real Estate.
Our web host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and browser information, as part of running and securing the site.
This site does not run advertising trackers or sell data. It sets only the cookies WordPress needs to function.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry and to provide real estate services you have asked about. By submitting a form you agree to be contacted about that enquiry by phone, text or email. Standard message and data rates may apply, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time — just say so in a reply, a text or a call.
Who else sees it
Your details are shared within JD Walters Real Estate as needed to help you, and with the service providers involved in a transaction you are actually pursuing — for example a title company or a lender you have asked us to speak to. We do not sell your information or share it with unrelated third parties for their marketing.
We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
The property search site
Property search links on this site open a separate search site operated by JD Walters Real Estate. That site has its own privacy practices, and information you submit there is handled by the brokerage. This policy covers this website only.
Keeping and deleting information
Enquiry information is kept as long as needed to help you and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to real estate brokerage in Texas. You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so where the law allows. Write to the address in the footer or use the contact details on the contact page.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
